
Mission: Lifeline 2018 Award Recipients
The Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services is proud to recognize the American
Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline 2018 award winners!
Since 2014 the American Heart Association has celebrated the achievements of prehospital providers and their destination hospitals specific to STEMI patient care through its Mission: Lifeline EMS Recognition program. In 2018, 497 prehospital
agencies in the US including 15 in Kentucky (most in the US!!) received the Mission: Lifeline EMS Quality Achievement Award.
The agencies include; Air Methods Kentucky, Boyle County EMS, Central Campbell County
Fire District, Estill County EMS, Georgetown-Scott County EMS, Independence Fire District,
Jessamine County EMS, Louisville Metro EMS, Madison County EMS, Meade County EMS,
Medical Center EMS, Mercy Regional EMS, Powell County Ambulance Service, Shelby County
EMS, & Woodford County EMS.
