CastleBranch Closing Due To Florence

At CastleBranch, our business is built upon safety and peace of mind.

As Hurricane Florence impacts the U.S. East Coast, we are concerned for the safety of our customers, employees, neighbors and friends who are being affected by this storm.

That’s why we’ve taken every precaution necessary to prepare in advance for the hurricane. This includes temporarily suspending operations at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, NC as of 12 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12.

Normal operations are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, September 18 at 10 a.m.

Many of our employees are under mandatory evacuation orders, and continue to make preparations to ensure the safety of their families.

Rest assured, however, that all data and orders entered prior to receiving this message are completely secure with multi-level redundancy.

Existing CB Bridges users will continue to have access during this time. However, our Customer Service Team will not be accessible.

In response to the severe weather impacting our country, we will be initializing our Rapid Response Center for those customers affected by Hurricane Florence. We will provide a link with details on our websites once the Center is live.
