I would like to inform all concerned parties that the National Element E09_15 and E09_16 (Primary and Secondary Impression) has been modified to a NEMSIS Plus standard.  This decision was not come by lightly.  All efforts to adhere to the strict NEMSIS standard were attempted but due to KBEMS regulations, all elements from the Impressions field on the Kentucky Run Form 8A were incorporated.  Modification or the expansion of elements by states is not unheard of, but I cannot find a precedent of the modification of this particular element.

XSD's and other information will be made available to 3rd party vendors as soon as possible.
